Preparation:
600gms of Pork Ribs, 10 pieces of small garlic, 6 bowls of water (1800ml), 1 packet of Bak Kut Teh Spices.

Ingredients:

Specially Chosen Premium Pepper, Selected Special Spices, Flavour Enhancer E621, Chicken Seasoning (E631, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Palm Olein, Yeast Extract), Salt, Sugar and E627

·1 packet of spices for 3-4 persons

Cooking Instructions:
·Place pork ribs into boiling water for 5 mins and remove from boiling water.
·Rinse in water (to remove impurities).
Boil 1800ml of water in high heat, followed by adding 20 pieces of garlic, pork ribs and Bak Kut Teh Spices.
·Allow soup to boil, and lower heat to medium.
·Continue cooking the soup for 1 hr 10 mins for stronger taste. No additional seasoning required.
