Li's Spicy Degree is based on the overall amount of capsaicin present in the final product, according to which the latter is categorised in one of the 6 different degrees: 12° (slightly spicy), 36° (low spicy), 45° (medium spicy), 52° (highly spicy), 65° (super spicy), 75° (hot spicy).
